Working with Our Community, Caring for Our Cats

Established in June 2009, Port Colborne Feline Initiative (PCFI), an incorporated not for profit registered Charity seeks to address the homeless, stray and feral cat population crisis through community spay/neuter programs.   Operation CatSnips, our community Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return (TNVR) program is the humane and fiscally responsible alternative to euthanasia. Supported by the City of Port Colborne, PCFI is unique in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, showing vision and compassion on the part of our city council.
