Working with Our Community, Caring for Our Cats

Established in June 2009, Port Colborne Feline Initiative (PCFI), is a registered charity that seeks to address the homeless, stray and feral cat population crisis through community spay/neuter and adoption programs, Operation CatSnips, SNAP and KitKat.
